l dont know how reliable this car is, nore its bad side... l love its looks, never drivin one, its gonna be my first car

My mom had one about 3 years ago. The only thing was that it was really small in the coupe. so we bought a cadillac. THe sedans are really really nice too. l really like them, they are builtreally good.

Rode on a friends of mine, not impressed, is all bark and no bite. l guess is made to compete with the BMW in case you can not afford one you can have an expensive copycat of one. Like an expensive imitation of a Rolex.

That car is edfinitly worth buying. The beauty of infiniti for used car buyers is they drop in value alot quicker then other brands such as bmw lexus or MB. that is good news for you because you're getting a great car for not alot of money. The G35 has a beautiful VQ motor and a RWD drivetrain that will impress the regular joes.

The 05 G35 is nice. They changed the interior slightly in the 05 as opposed to the 03 & 04. It has 260 hp, rwd, & handles nicely.

The main problems is that it sucks gas, l got about 20 mpg, but l had the coupe.

As for the 3 series thing.yes, the G35 is meant to compete against the 3 series, & in many ways copy it is success. Kudos to Bavaria, they have produced a fine car. That does not lessen the G35 though. The 3 series is the head of the pack, but the A4, C class, CTS, IS, & TL, all copy the 3 series.

As for the G having all bark with no bite..the 5.9 sec 0-60 for the 05, & 5.3 sec to 60 for the new G is not anything to laugh at. To put things in perspective..an $100 000 Aston Martin Vantage hits 60 in 5.1.

Whatever u do.do not get the car l have now.the TL, aghhhhhhhh. Even fully loaded with navi, l am bored with it. l should've bought another G..or a 3 series.

l have an 07' G35 sedan & am in love with it. The ONLY thing l can find wrong with it is, as someone mentioned, the gas mileage. Other than that, you're getting a better car (the G beat out the 3 series in multiple car magazine reviews) than the 3 series for $20K less. They did, however, redesign the G for '07, so the interior is a bit nicer now. They also added more power to it. My friend had an '05 G & he loved it too. My family used to be all BMWs ( l had a 98 528i), & now we're all switching to Infiniti. Amazing cars for an amazing price.

The most important thing is how u feel in it though.
