need trans dipstick for g35 infinity. seemsthat only infinity dealers can change the fluid

my local mechinac cannot locate this tool any placedoes that only infinity can change the fluid?

true, you have to have a scan tool to know the temp of the trans fluid and level varies according to temp. And you must have the factory designed dipstick, which is actually a special tool. Snap-on may carry a universal one?? Why do u need to change the trans fluid anyway?

The reason your car did not come with a dipstick is because you do not have to service the fluid and Infiniti is protecting you from having the wrong fluid added.

Try a Nissan dealership. That is where l go/call for problems with my Infiniti.
