There is only speculation about it right now, nothing official at all from Nissan.

No, it will not be made into a convertible. These same rumors flew around in 2002 about the G35 being a convertible & a Skyline GTR version being released in 2006. l still do not see either model!

This happens whenever a car is released. l also remember rumors about a coupe version of the S2000, V6 Prelude, etc. From what l understand from a local dealer, the G37 does not have the setup to be a good looking convertible & there would be NO trunk left if they did it like that. Plus, Infiniti would not put out a ragtop, so it'd be a hardtop convertible, which would definitely not work in the G37 is storage area.
