Are there any differences in the Infiniti G35 coupes from 2003 to 2007

The cars have evolved slightly just about every year between 03 & 07.

From 03 to 04 (03.5 actually) the dash board was improved, to look more upscale. The first 03s really were nothing more than re-badged Skylines, so their interiors looked more Nissan than Infiniti.

From 04 to 05 were a couple changes. The Brembo brake option was dropped. The engine was retuned from 280HP/270ftlbs of torque to 290HP/260ftlbs. 19in wheels became available. The color Desert Platinum was replaced with the Serengeti Sand color.

05 to 06 l believe the engine was tweaked again to 298 HP, & more interior upgrades were made. l think that was the year that the taillights & headlights were redesigned slightly.

PoliPino provides a pretty good breakdown. The 06-07 recieved bi-xenon projector headlights. If you want to see dramatic changes, take a look at the new G37.

l will break it down by categories.

Engine/Performance/Brakes:
03,04:
6 speed manual: had brembo brakes, 280 hp & 270 torque, 18'' wheels with pilot sport tires standard
5AT had 17'' wheels, 280 hp, 270 torque with optional 18'' wheels, no brembo brakes.
05,06 =
6 speed manual: loses brembos, gets 19'' wheels, 298 hp, 260 torque, got a viscous limited slip differential.
5AT = largely unchanged in terms of of performance, 18'' wheels optional still. Still 280 hp/270 torque

interior,exterior:
03,04: had painted plastic dash, no mp3 capabilities on audio, cassette on audio
05: gains brushed aluminum dash, a few dash changes, mp3 in, cassette out, gets aluminum pedals, 05 automatic cars had the option of bluetooth
06: same as 05, main thing is that 06 gcoupes have different taillights & headlights. there r bixenon projectors on the coupe, spolier changes, front fascia changes slightly

07 is identical to 06, because of upcoming g37. btw, the interior changed for the more ''upscale'' look between 04 & 05 not 03.5.

l have an '03 coupe; and the things l have noticed are that are different from the 03'04 to the '05 - '07 are that the later models had the Brembo option deleted. The wheels were changed to 19'. The dash was redone, instead of painted aluminum, they used real aluminum..and also the shifter was changed to make it look more upscale.
