Infinity G35 Sedan 2003-Can I replace my non-navigation dash with a navigation ready dash and add navigation

I am not interested in an aftermarket GPS.l have to get my dash & radio/air display replaced b/c l have a malfunction in the system.Since I am getting it replaced, if an upgrading to the indash navigation is possible, I'd like to do it.Can this be done?

l looked into it & figured it was cost prohibitive. It would have ended up costing close to $3400 to get the parts & RUN THE WIRING HARNESS, which was the big pain in the ss. You're better off buying an in dash aftermarket unit from Pioneer or Alpine & getting the double din dash conversion kit. It'd end up being around $2200 installed, plus these units can be spoken to, have more features like MP3 playback, DVD player, etc.

With enough $$, you can do anything. Personally, l think you're wasting your money.
