My infiniti bumper goes smashed in and l need to get it replaced, does anyone have an estimate for the bumper replacement and repair? Or any helpful suggestions?

its a 4door g35...not sure about the year, its my friends car. l have not seen the damage yet but l believe it is smashed in at the driver side in the front. It is still perfectly drivable( 90% sure). Hope that makes it clearer.

Also, when we called the autobody shop they said they need to order the bumper from infiniti because there are no aftermarket(?) bumpers for the car? not really sure if it is true or they are lying. =

Actually need more details to be accurate, but here is some guidelines:
You can get a junkyard bumper cover or an aftermarket one to save some money.

A new cover (assuming the rest of the bumper is ok) with paint and labor will likely be $600-$900. If the bumper foam or aluminum bar is damaged add a few hundred more. If part of the body buckled, such as the fenders or rear quarters, it is a much larger repair and could be over $2k. Hope this helps!

There are some aftermarket bumpers for the sedan. They are fewer than the coupe however. Dependent on the damage, it may be able to be popped out and then just refinished. l am a modder so l would say go aftermarket. B Magic, and Wize both make a bumper for the sedan. Go look at body-kitz.com and they list 3 styles of bumper for the sedan. Look for it through full kits however.

l also have a 4 door G35. Someone backed into it in a parking lot while l was eating and took off (of course they did not leave a note or anything), leaving me with a bashed in rear bumper. l had it replaced. $1000.
