l have been eye balling the infiniti G37, but wanted to see what you all think about the car as looks and interface. l like sporty type cars but not really interested in the hp just looks and interface. l will be getting a new one unless l find a used one with a few miles and a good price.

l think the Infinti G sedan and coupe are awesome, l would love to have one.

Beautiful cars, great lines, and great value for the money. l dont think mechanically it is a good of a car then the BMW 335i coupe but, from a cost and feature perspective- your goning to get more bang for your buck with the G37 !!! see link for comparision between the two .

The car is amazing, from style to feel - for me it has it all. l own the G35 coupe & just love it, the ride is smooth & the engine works well. Mine has 97,000 miles on it & its still running great (even after all the abuse l do to it speeding). If ur willing to wait a lil longer they r dropping the convertible on the 19th of november. Only problem is the convertible is going to heavier so understandably quite slower. But since horse power is not a big deal to u then it might not be an issue. If u do wait for the convertible u will own Infiniti is first convertible.

The G is unappealing for so many reasons. Allow me to share:
It is a ticket magnet.
The coupes r everywhere.
Its interior is cheaply made & the leather is of a very low quality.
Tires wo not last more than 20,000 miles (usually about 9000).
I've heard less than flattering things about its reliability.
It was a fad car & the fad has (thankfully) passed.
The back seat is useless.
They depreciate pretty poorly.
The suspension feels like you're riding plywood.
The vehicle has a ''ricer'' reputation.
Its ''luxury'' amenities leave some things to be desired.
It really appeals to younger teenagers more than adults.

l am sure people will get defensive & disagree. But in my circle of friends & in my area (Long Island, NY), the G35/37 reflects poorly on its owner.

l would get 09 G37 sedan. It is now 3.7L , 330hp from the coupe with a seven speed auto shift, instead of 5 speed. l disagreed with some, who said BMW is better. l like the sporty look and the value, and plus several thousands put in my Ingdirect account.
