for some reason every time l notice that the power steering is rough or goes out l notice that the spedometer isnt working as well (it sucks because sometimes l cant tell how fast l am going),but then ill be driving and making turn then the spedometer will shoot right up to the speed that l am going and the power steering will kick in.( im not sure if they have something to do with each other though. how can l fix this problem???PLEASE HELP THNX.

Sounds like the power steering electric assist and speedo are shorting out somehow.you'd have to trace a wiring diagram to see where they might have a common point.loose common ground maybe? Call a dealer and see if they have any known problems or TSB is on them. Eautorepair.net has wiring diagrams..small fee,
