im thinking of buying one as my first car
the one l have picked out is l believe an 02, possibly an 03, but it has around 60k miles.. for about 9k

does anyone have one or know anyone that has one?

l do not have one but l do know they've got tons of power, and are great cars all around. The only thing that sucks about them is they have a big 3.5 liter V6 that guzzles PREMIUM fuel.

Great car, basically its a clone of the Nissan Maxima. $9K for an 03 with only 60K miles is a good deal assuming its got power seats/leather & nice stereo. That 3.5 litter engine is the same still used in most Nissan/Infiniti vehicles, so its a great motor. Acceleration is very good, excellent passing power & good gas mileage for a car this size. Brakes r okay, u can find a nice set of cross drilled rotors on ebay for under $200 as the stock rotors tend to warp easily. l had a 2000 Maxima with the 3.0 engine, great car, so l am sure u will love this car, they r very reliable.

l Have owned this car untill about last year untill some idiot hit it when it was just parked & ruined the whole back end.

l loved it, drove like a sports car but not to hard on the suspension, l have a 2007 G35X now & l know they perform better than the I35 but l miss the I35 with all my heart & still wish l had it.

- Acceleration, is (was) Great at the time untill l looked it up it felt like 5ish seconds but its realisticaly 7 seconds & that will still blow most cars off the line today, 1/4 mile is 92mph 15.9 seconds (looked that up)

- Passing Power - is great, its geared so at 55 u will be at the mid-high 2nd gear & u can feel it when u floor it ( a little back-lash) & with the over drive its even better.

Gas Milage, was ok for me but l averaged 22mpg cause of my lead foot but when l drove it slow(er) l averaged 25ish which is acceptable since ur driving a luxary sports car

Braking power. it was great would stop from 60mph to 0 like that

Pro is : Very Quick , great suspension, great interior, u will fall in love with it, u will never want to leave it, the speakers r A++ also

Cons: ABSOLUTLY NONE, Wish l still had it over the G35 anyday even though that may not make sense to some people
