It is too big for me, but it is definitely BMW is equal if not superior.

l just bought mine Jan. 08. l absolutely love it. The interior is great and the outside is soo sleek. l have it in black. The only thing l can complain about is the gas mileage. 16 to the gallon is pretty bad especially when you're buying premium gas. It is worth it to ride in luxury.

l drive my dad is 2005 m35 a lot, and it is awesome. Plus it has not had a single problem in the 3 years he is had it.

Yeah it is a really nice car and it gets superior performance to a Lexus and Mercedes at a lower price, but the new Maxima just came out, the M45/ 35 is twin, so a full restyle of the M model is already in the works and should come out really soon. Then again you might get a pretty good discount on the 2008 model when the restyled 2009 model comes out.
