l know that the G35 has more mpg and the M has more cargo size. But l think ppl like to buy G35 instead of M35. Do you know why?

No question Infiniti sells alot more G35 is then M35's, mostly due to price, just like Acura sells way more TL is compared to RL is & Nissan sells way more Altima 2.5 is then 3.5's. Of course the M35 is bigger & way more luxurious then the G35, it also costs about $10K more & that is a huge difference that not many people seem willing to pay. They have the same engine, so the extra weight is why the M gets 1 fewer MPG. The G35 seems to be missing the most basic luxury features that my Hyundai Azera & the M have, rear A/C, rear power outlet, rear sunshade, power mirrors, memory drivers seat/mirror/steering. Thankfully l got my Azera for only $25K new, nice savings of almost $20K over the M35 for basically the same car. People r going to be doing back flips after they test drive the new Hyundai Genesis, which is already putting the $70K BMW/Lexus/Mercedes cars to shame for only $40K. So, basically people like the G35 because its more affordable & Infiniti has not really attracted the upper middle class to its more pricy models yet.

The M35 is a notch above the G35, just as the 5 series is a notch above the 3 series. The M35 oozes luxury and the G35 has a few luxurious amenities but they are not in the same class. The M35 is ''better'' but the G35 is different in other ways.

The reason why people buy the G35 is because it is cheaper and has the common luxury items. The M has optional luxury items that you can not get with a G35. People who buy G35 want luxury at a good price.

You also have to think about maintenance costs, as the M servicing will cost you more than the G.

If you want something more sporty and economical go with the G35. If you want classy and luxurious go with the M. Both are really nice cars.

M35 beats the G in pretty much every way. It is a Maxima to an Altima. The G is just the poor man is Infiniti & the M actually reflects class & good taste. It replaced my mate is grandfather is BMW 550i because he had nothing but problems with his ''ultimate driving machine'' & wanted a good Japanese luxury vehicle that would not spend so much time being serviced.

The G only sells more because it is a young person is car & priced for the younger demographic. Adults with a little more cash to burn opt for nicer cars that r overall better, faster, & classier.

l would stay away from both and get a lexus IS 350 or even the IS F if you really want some performance

definatly check Lexus out. they have alot of power too. and they come with a lot of ascessiories

Are u talking about the G35 coupe or sedan?

If u r talking about the G35 coupe, more people buy that car than the M because it is a RWD luxury sports car. The M is a larger bodied FWD Sedan.

The G35 also comes in an All Wheel Drive Model, called the G35x which is very popular. Different from the G35 regular sedan which is FWD. AWD is a very popular feature.

The G35 is sportier overall, & handles very well, like a sport-tuned car should. The M is larger inside & out.

The M is heavier & has more horse power than the G35 sedan, that is why the gas mileage is lower.
